Returns

Physical Products

You may return physical products purchased from us within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The product must be in a resalable condition.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Digital Products & Services

Due to their nature, digital products such as custom remap files, tuning software, or downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. This is to protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized redistribution.

Remapping Services

As our remapping services are tailored to your vehicle, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has been performed. However, if you experience issues or are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your remapping service date. We will work with you to diagnose and resolve any problems, which may include re-tuning or adjustments where applicable.

How to Initiate a Return or Raise a Concern

• Contact our Customer Service Team by email at support@precisionremapsuk.com with your order details and reason for return or complaint.
• We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or service issue.
• Please do not send any items back without prior authorization to avoid delays.

Refunds

• Refunds for eligible returned products will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• If your refund request is related to our Price Match Guarantee, any price difference refunds will be handled separately as per the terms of that policy.
• Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product supplied by Precision Remaps UK.
• In cases where the fault lies with us, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return postage costs.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to protect your return package.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate and cover any return shipping costs.

Important Notes

• Precision Remaps UK cannot accept liability for any vehicle damage resulting from the use of our tuning files or remapping services beyond the scope of our service warranty and terms.
