Latest Ford 1.5 EcoBlue (2023+) Now Supported — Performance & Software Solutions Available

We now support the newest generation of Ford compact vans fitted with the 1.5 EcoBlue diesel engine:

  • Tourneo Courier (2023+)

  • Transit Courier (2023+)

  • Transit Connect (2023+)

These vehicles use a newer encrypted engine control system, but we can now safely program it through the vehicle diagnostic port — meaning no ECU removal and a much faster appointment.

Think of modern ECUs as rule-books for combustion. From factory they’re written to survive worst-case conditions worldwide — heat, poor fuel, heavy loads, missed servicing. That safety margin leaves a lot of drivability locked away, which is what proper calibration work restores.


Performance Calibration (Stage 1)

The goal isn’t headline horsepower — it’s usable torque where vans actually operate: low and mid RPM.

You’ll notice:

  • Stronger pull when loaded

  • Less gear hunting

  • Smoother acceleration

  • Easier motorway cruising

The engine stops feeling restricted and starts feeling proportional to throttle input.


Eco Calibration (High Mileage Drivers)

For delivery and motorway vehicles, efficiency mapping often makes the biggest day-to-day difference.

Rather than chasing power, the calibration optimises torque request and combustion efficiency during part-throttle driving — where vans spend most of their life.

Typical results drivers report:

  • Reduced throttle needed to hold speed

  • More relaxed engine behaviour

  • Improved real-world MPG (driving style dependent)


Emissions Software Solutions (Where Required)

We also provide software solutions for common reliability issues found on modern diesel systems:
